I was introduced to the concept of drinking ionized water by Andrew & Linda Hoyle from Water-x.

My Name is Desseray Beeton, I have been diagnosed with a brain tumour called Acromegaly, in real terms the tumour causes an over growth of growth hormones.

I have been using a drug called Sandostatin to bring it under control.

I have been on it nine months and was hoping that we could see shrinkage in the tumour, however it has brought my growth hormone under control but it has not shrunk the tumour as we had hoped it would, so we had to find another way to treat the tumour.

I met Linda & Andrew from Water-x who introduced us to the Ionizer, we installed one at home and I have been drinking the alkaline water for a couple of months, although it has not cured the tumour it has shown great benefits from this point of view.

After every treatment of chemotherapy which I receive at the beginning of every month I am very ill with nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhoea, since drinking the alkaline water I recover a lot quicker.

My headaches are not server and occur less frequently, the whites of my eyes are not blood shot and they are much whiter and I am far more alert.

Ending on a positive note I like to think that the change has occurred due to the fact that I am drinking a lot more of pure alkaline water than before and it takes all the strain off my body filtering system making it easier for the rest of my body to cope with.

I also purchased an Alkalark so I can always have alkaline water with me, once you taste this water you will never go back to bottled water or tap water as this water has a fantastic taste.

All my family now only drink alkaline water.

The catch up overflow is acidic. Well I use this overflow surplus to bathe my son who has bad eczema, and therefore a very rough skin. This helped controlling his eczema and makes his skin really soft. We are using a lot less cortisone cream.

I also use alkaline water in his bottle, therefore no more boiling of water, and I am sure this also causes less eczema, as when we started using boiled water his eczema was worse.

Monique who works in the bookshop in Durbanville who suffered from Diabetes type 1 from the age of 4 years old was introduced to the Alkalark reduced alkaline water by Mr Hoyle from the company called Water-x in January 2007 to see if this would help her, after t6wo months of drinking from the Alkalark, she looks and feels very healthy and her sugar level has improved dramatically, she has lost weight and her appetite is now good.

I contacted Water-x to supply me with an Alkalark, which they delivered to me on the 3-3-2007. They explained to me what I must do and how much I must drink per day, which was 3 to 4 containers (Alkalark) if possible.

Within one week of use I have noticed the following.

I used to have sleepless nights and I had a nap in the afternoons for about 1 hour.

I now sleep a good 6 hours in the night and have an afternoon nap of 2 hours.

Before the Alkalark I had an irritation all over my body, my legs below the knees as well as my feet was swollen and my toes was very sore, also some of my toes had a pinkish-red colour.

The irritation has vanished about 90%, and the other systems have totally gone.

Blood sugar count was 9.8 it is now 7.3

My appetite is now much better.

I will continue to monitor my illness over the next few months and tell Water-x on my conditions.

I am so grateful to Water-x and I can now only improve.

The Alkalark

My name is Monique de Jager; I am an insulin dependant diabetic and have been since the age of 7.

I have been using the Alkalark from Water-x now for the past 2 months and I am utterly amazed at the positive change in my health and wellbeing.

I lead a hectic life style, what with working a full time job and playing in a band 4 to 5 times a week.

I haven’t been a text book diabetic for a while and tend to adjust my diabetes around my lifestyle and not the other way round much to my doctors dismay.

I often drink alcohol, and eat what tastes good even occasionally sneak in some chocolate…I am sure that anyone who knows anything about IDDM is cringing at this point, as I just used to adjust my insulin and keep my fingers crossed.

My blood sugar control until I started to use the Alkalark was very erratic, shooting from 5 to 15 up and down constantly absolutely no control of it.

Since I’ve begun using the Alkalark I’ve seen an amazing (miraculous) balancing out of my sugar levels, it’s now become extremely rare for my level to read outside of 5 and 8, and when it has been there for a good reason.

My first week of using the Alkalark was a bit disconcerting as my sugar levels were dropping quite low and had to immediately being to adjust my insulin levels to compensate, I am using 30% less insulin than before the Alkalark.

As soon as I found the happy medium with my blood sugar levels they remain that way and haven’t fluctuated at all.

I have never felt as healthy as I currently do, not only has my diabetes finally stabilised but my weight has dropped very nicely as well, my energy levels are up, my skin is healthier and glowing.

I can honestly not live without my Alkalark.

I can and will honestly and in good conscience recommend the Alkalark to anyone (especially diabetics) if they want to improve there lifestyle.

Although I personally would not discontinue using my insulin as this was done in Japan and Korea , I feel that as a maintenance tool the Alkalark is second to none.

P.S. maybe I am afraid to let go of my insulin because I have used it most of my life.

Tagan Hoyle

Tagan was always ill with a lot of complications from being 2 years old.

We virtually lived at the doctors and hospitals and you can imagine our medical bills monthly.

3 months ago we tried him with two systems the restoration water ionizer and the Alkalark reduced alkaline water dispenser.

The main problem is children do not drink suffient water, its always fruit juice or soft drinks; also children do not like water because of taste and smell.

At home he would drink ionized reduce water and for school he would take his Alkalark, also if we go on any outings or go away for the weekend he would always carry his Alkalark. He call this his magic water, he drinks about 2 ltrs a day, which in itself is an achievement for a child to drink this amount of water.

He no longer wants soft drinks, also he tells everybody who offers him these drinks NO THANK YOU THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU, I only drink healthy water.

Since drinking alkaline reduced water from either system mentioned he no longer suffers from Asthma his high fevers have disappeared, his immune system is back to strength and his eczema has disappeared, in other words he is now a very healthy child.

Also academically he has improved dramatically at school to his teachers delight.

Only the other day we saw his paediatrician who said “hi Tagan I haven’t seen you for ages” he replied thank you doctor but I don’t need you anymore.
